In 2017 Oppo signed a partnership with FC Barcelona as one of the bigger sponsors of the team. For celebrating this event Oppo designed a full custom mobile limited edition with the colors of the Barcelona official t-shirt. The partnership and the new mobile were in a massive event in Shanghai. The launch event featured a video installation, music, and a light show.
